Arthritis Tips









The #1 cause of joint pain is not enough water. Get the right amount your body needs.

The #2 cause is your sleeping room is not exposed to air and sunlight.  Let your bed air out in the morning at least 1-2 hours before making the bed so the fresh air can air out the bed. Then it will help you not to get joint pain.

The best thing for joint pain is in Matt: 2:11Frankincense it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Another thing to do is go to the grocery store and get ginger root. Peel it and put the shavings in a pot and steam it.  Then get a cloth and soak it in the tea and put it on the knee or wherever it hurts

Night Shade Foods
  • Chili Peppers
  • Egg Plant
  • Pimentos
  • Potatoes
  • Red and Green Peppers
  • Tomatoes

NOT FOOD, Tobacco

Avoid the above for a month and you will feel better. Possibly not all will be bad for joint pain but after the month add one at a time in and see how you feel.
