FRUITS:
Pineapple promotes joint health and reduces asthma inflammation. Pineapple is high in vitamin C and also contains bromelain, an enzyme that promotes digestion, reduces arthritis, prevents swelling after trauma, relieves sinusitis, reduces angina, and suppresses appetite.
