One of my favorite grains...Quinoa!
Did you know that Quinoa is alkaline forming unlike brown rice which is acidic forming? Alkaline environment = better health!
Also Quinoa is A SUPERGRAIN. Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat.
Quinoa contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains...a happy colon goes along way!
Quinoa contains Iron – Strong!
Quinoa contains lysine.
Quinoa is rich in magnesium because who doesn't want a healthy heart!
Quinoa is high in Riboflavin – (B2) Metabolic Support!
Quinoa has a high content of manganese. Manganese include a benefit to healthy bone structure, bone metabolism, and helping to create essential enzymes for building bones. It also acts as a co-enzyme to assist metabolic activity in the human body.
