Inflammation Reducer


Recipe to help reduce inflammation:

  • 1 c. water
  • 3 T. charcoal
  • 3 T. flax seeds

Bring water to boil and add flax seeds and charcoal, stir well, let cook and it will thicken.
 
Use ¼ " thick on paper towel and then wet it and put on area you want to treat.
