Can We Sprout Beans and Grains?


DO NOT SPROUT BEANS Corn, peas, and beans are wholesome and nutritious foods WHEN THOROUGHLY COOKED AND SUFFICIENTLY MASTICATED, but they are ALMOST INDIGESTIBLE unless the hull, or skin, of each pea, bean, or grain of corn, be broken before being swallowed.

“Grains used for porridge or "mush" should have several hours cooking...”  {CD 314.4}

Sprouting grains is not good, sprouting seeds is....you CAN eat seeds raw, you CAN'T eat grains raw...if they are not cooked, they are not healthy.

Because grains need to cook for several hours and NOT eaten raw or sprouted. It is not good for us it's unhealthy cuz of the phytic acid.

Grains that turn to MUSH need to be baked for several hours in the oven for 3 hours at 170º then cool completely and place back in container and then use as you normally would  for baking and cooking etc.

Genesis 1:29 –  They are the first things given to us “herb bearing seed.”

This means NO cooking beans in a pressure cooker as they need to cook SEVERAL hours.

Many people have gut issues because they are not cooking their beans and grains properly.

The two safest beans are chickpeas and black beans for individuals with severe stomach problems. All of us need to soak beans for 12 hours throw that water away then cook slowly. And some may need to drain halfway through and rinse and cook again.

FERMENTATION, Irritation of the stomach, and DRUG MEDICATION can cause indigestion and acid reflux type conditions.

IF you are stressed wait 30 minutes to eat. Do not take any phone calls while eating as if you get very sad or extremely joyous news it can cause stomach issues.

In order to secure healthy digestion, food should be eaten slowly. ..If your time to eat is limited, do not bolt your food, but eat less, and masticate slowly...Those who are excited, anxious, or in a hurry, would do well not to eat until they have found rest or relief; for the vital powers, already severely taxed, cannot supply the necessary digestive fluids.  {CD 107.2}

IN GRAINS, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, and NUTS ARE to be FOUND ALL THE FOOD ELEMENTS that WE NEED. {CD 313.4}
