So many people think VINEGAR is a healthy product. I am going to tell you straight up it is one of the worst things you can put in your body. Read on to find out why.

WHAT IS VINEGAR?

a sour-tasting liquid containing acetic acid, obtained by fermenting dilute alcoholic liquids, typically wine, cider, or beer, and used as a condiment or for pickling.  SO IT IS REFERMENTED ALCOHOL

Vinegar is a very very low grade alcohol. It's the byproduct of rotting produce. Nothing very beneficial about it in the long-term.

HOW IS VINEGAR MADE?
All vinegar is made from the oxidation of ethanol, which produces acetic acid.The process of making alcohol and vinegar are very similar, and the only difference is in how the raw materials are allowed to ferment. With apple cider vinegar, apples first are crushed, releasing the liquid, and yeast is added to initiate fermentation. When making vinegar, the fermentation process is allowed to continue. THE COMPOSITION OF VINEGAR:
  • Acetic Acid (4% to 12%).  This is a toxic substancethat if taken in sufficient quantities, produces serious alterations in the coagulative properties of the blood known as disseminated intravascular coagulopathy, besides anemia and renal failure.

The word vinegar comes from the old French "vin aigre," meaning "sour wine," but, actually, any alcohol can be used. Vinegar gets its sour taste from acetic acid, which is formed during fermentation.
  • Apple cider vinegar is used in folk remedies and cooking.


 ***VINEGAR IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF FERMENTATION….APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IS EVEN HIGHER.

MEDICAL SCIENCE SAYS THE FOLLOWING REGARDING THE DANGERS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
Depletes the WBC (white blood cells) count
Inhibits Hemoglobin in the blood, causing anemia
Lab tests show that apple cider vinegar, when taken internally, blocks the digestive enzyme “amylase”.

Virtually all vinegar sold for food purposes is composed of waste products from bacterial decomposition of apples. Therefore, most vinegar is apple cider vinegar, and ONE BRAND IS NOT BETTER THAN ANOTHER.

The principal chemical giving the sour flavor is acetic acid. This acid, a waste product in the human body, is an irritant to both the stomach and nerves. It is one of the three commonest dietary causes of gastritis in the United States today, along with aspirin and alcohol.

All products made with vinegar can just as easily be made with lemon juice, a healthful article. Pickles made with vinegar are injurious to the stomach lining, causing loss of the protective mucus and changes in the lining cells.


Now I am going to tell you what you CAN do with VINEGAR.

Dishwasher
Put ½ c. vinegar in empty dishwasher and run rinse cycle.  It opens clogs in drain lines and deodorizes machine.

Oven
Wipe vents of oven hood with vinegar or remove and soak 15 minutes in 1 c. vinegar and 3 c. water.

Kitchen Uses
1 t. borax
2 t. vinegar
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. liquid dish soap
2 c. hot water

Store in spray bottle and use on any surface in the kitchen for daily cleaning.  Good for ovens and stovetops too. If stains are caked on, spray and let sit for 15 minutes and wipe clean.  Spray inside oven and leave overnight and wipe clean.

Clogs
Use equal parts of vinegar, salt and baking soda.  Pour down drain and set sit for 1 hour.  Pour boiling water or very hot tap water down the drain.

Hot Tub
Dump 1 gal vinegar into hot tub and run it…keeps jets from clogging with soap residue.

Bathroom
Spray shower doors and walls to remove soap scum with vinegar (let sit several hours) and also shower curtains.

Laundry
If you have grass stains on white clothes, soak in vinegar for ½ hour before washing.

Hair…Dandruff
Use full strength and massage into scalp 3 x’s a week before shampooing.

Flowers (fresh)
Mix 1 qt. water and ¾ t. vinegar and ¾ t. sugar and put in flower vase so they last longer.  Replace every 2-3 days.
