Antibacterial Essential Oils To Fight Bacterial Infections

The top four antibacterial essential oils are cinnamon, thyme, oregano and tea tree oils. These antibacterial essential oils have been shown to fight bacterial infections like candida and E. coli, combat staph infections, help fight infections found in hospitals, potentially battle MARCoNS, and stave off bacteria while traveling.

ANTIBACTERIAL SUPER TONIC

  • 1 drop cinnamon essential oil
  • 1 drop of thyme essential oil

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into a glass and stir well. Once combined, drink.

Precaution: This should only be consumed if approved by your physician and through proper educational resources. It’s important that you’re certain that the oils you’re using are pure and approved for ingestion, as many oils have been combined with other ingredients. Always carefully read the label.

Antibacterial Super Topical Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 drop tea tree oil
  • 1 drop ginger essential oil
  • 1 drop vetiver oil
  • 1 drop lavender oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or in the palm of your hand.

Apply on the abdomen or directly on the infected area outside the body twice a day.

If you notice any irritation, stop using it immediately.

PRECAUTIONS WITH ANTIBACTERIAL ESSENTIAL OILS

There are many antimicrobial, antibiotic and antibacterial essential oils that may be hugely beneficial to fighting existing infections as well as preventing them in the first place.

Anemia


Anemia is a deficiency in the number of red blood cells or in their hemoglobin content that results in pallor, shortness of breath, and lack of energy. It can be placed into three different types.

The first is a nutritional deficiency, usually either of iron or protein. Sometimes other nutrients such as niacin, copper, Vitamin C, or rarely Vitamin B-12, may be involved. Chronic blood loss can also cause iron deficiency anemia.

Excessive blood destruction is a second cause of anemia. Increased blood destruction comes from such disorders as hemolytic anemia, which can be due to exposure to toxic chemicals, related to certain diseases of blood-forming organs, viral infections, or rarely, to hereditary causes.

A third cause of anemia is depression of the bone marrow. This condition is due to toxicity or hypersensitivity, as from the taking of certain drugs and other toxic substances, or from chronic kidney disease.

1. Drink plenty of water, 16 oz. with 1-2 T.  fresh lemon juice upon arising in the morning, finishing it 30 minutes before eating breakfast, and then ½ of your body weight in ounces throughout the rest of the day, divided up and sipping it not gulping.

WATER CALCULATION FORMULA
Most people believe they drink enough water. Unfortunately they don't. And as a result, approximately 85-90% of people are dehydrated. They either do not drink enough water or they are not drinking it properly.

That's right!!! THERE'S A RIGHT WAY AND A WRONG WAY OF DRINKING WATER. Therefore, to ensure that people are not only getting enough water, but that they are drinking it the right way.

#1: Upon arising, adults should drink 16 oz. of water. This is to replace the fluid that everyone loses in the morning, adding the juice of 1-2 lemons.

#2: After-ward, take your weight and divide that by 2. Now take your answer and convert it to ounces. This is the total # of ounces you will be drinking for the entire day on top of the 16 oz. of water you are to drink first thing in the morning.

#3: The next thing you want to do is calculate the # of hours you are awake each day. What time do you get up on average and what time do you go to sleep? Now if you are awake for 16 hours, you would subtract 1 hour before bedtime, giving you a total of 15 hours for the day.

#4: Then, take the # of ounces you are to drink each day (not including your 16 oz. for the morning) and divide that by the # of hours you are awake after having subtracted the hone hour before bedtime.

Your answer will be the total # of ounces you are to drink each hour of the day, stopping 1 hour before you go to bed.

By drinking water this way, you are not only getting enough of it, you are also drinking it properly. Most people wait a couple of hours before they even take their first drink of water for the day. This causes dehydration.

Therefore, when they drink, they gulp their water instead of sipping it, which in turn causes the water to run right through them, still leaving them dehydrated. By drinking the water every hour, you are helping your body to absorb and store the water instead of helping it to be flushed out.

2. Eat a diet liberal in green, leafy vegetables. Whole-grain breads, cereals, and beans are excellent blood builders. It is well to avoid dairy products, as they contain very little iron and tend to bind iron present in other foods. Eat dry fruit frequently, especially peaches and apricots.

3. Get adequate rest so your body can repair and rebuild blood cells. Fatigue causes poor blood, so 7-8 hours of sleep each night is about right for most adults. Too much sleep is also improper.

4. Avoid nervous tension, and remember that exercise neutralizes tension.

5. Exercise also stimulates the bone marrow to produce blood cells and promotes absorption of iron from the intestine.

6. Sunshine stimulates blood-making and generally promotes good health. Vitamin D assists in the making of blood and can be obtained in adequate quantities from DAILY SUN exposure of the skin. You only need to expose your face and hands.

7. Fresh air is essential for cleansing the blood. Good posture and deep breathing of pure air is a good way to build the blood and nourish all the cells of the body. This is a natural protection against anemia.

8. Habitual chilling of the extremities causes a tax on the body, and since chilling of the blood circulates to the bone marrow, this decreases the rate at which blood cells can be made. Proper clothing of the extremities is important in keeping the circulation equalized between the trunk and extremities, making good blood production possible.

9. Chronic blood loss from excessive menstruation, or a little daily loss from a bleeding point in the gastrointestinal tract, can keep iron stores low. These conditions should be promptly corrected by proper measures.

10. To stimulate the bone marrow and the circulation, use a short cold bath. Adjust the temperature of the water in the tub between 40° and 90° F. The greater the cold, the less time spent. Try 30 seconds at 40-50° F, one minute at 60°-70° F, two minutes at 70°-80° F, three minutes at 80°-85° F, and three-and-a-half minutes at 90 Āŗ F.

Aloe Vera


Did you know that the Aloe is mentioned in the Bible? Not every plant is, so it must be important!

Aloe Vera is useful in treating many different types of ailments at home. The plant is a relative of the onion, and one of its best-known and most commonly used applications is for burns. Every home should have an Aloe Vera plant growing in the kitchen, so when someone gets burned, it can be used immediately.

Burns

If one is near the sink, the very first action should be to cool the burned place with cool or cold water, then dry it gently and apply the juice of an opened aloe leaf directly onto the burned skin. While I do not know of any double-blind studies done on burns, there is enough folklore concerning the use of aloe to give me confidence that Aloe Vera is a good dressing for a third-degree burn. Many  have been treated with third degree burns that was felt would surely require skin grafting, but healed without significant scarring.

Gastrointestinal Problems
Aloe Vera is also used for gastrointestinal problems, and nearly any affliction of the gastrointestinal tract can be properly treated by Aloe Vera gel or juice. Simply take an ounce or two once or twice daily along with a meal. The liquid is not unpleasant as a drink.

If one has peptic ulcers or gastritis, Aloe Vera liquid is one of the best treatments for it. It has a soothing and healing effect, and can also relieve pain, burning, and discomfort. Use of Aloe Vera liquid can bring prompt relief for gas or acid formation. It can also help heal hemorrhoids very quickly.

It should be noted that Aloe Vera liquid has a slightly stimulatory effect on the colon, so if one takes a large quantity of Aloe Vera liquid or gel, there is a possibility of getting mild diarrhea. For this reason Aloe Vera is helpful for constipation.

Skin Problems

Aloe Vera is a very good treatment for most skin afflictions, from poison ivy to eczema. Simply rub the liquid or gel directly onto the area of dermatitis, or open a leaf of aloe and rub the gelatinous material from the interior of the leaf directly onto the skin.

I urge you to buy a small plant about six inches high and cultivate it into a beautiful, lush, cactus-looking house plant about three feet high.

The plant has thick, gel-filled leaves which can be easily harvested. Just cut open one of the leaves and collect the oozing gel from it.

The aloe juice can be found in most of the stores for healthy food, but the homegrown gel could be safer, and not to mention that it is the cheaper variant. You get the best benefits by harvesting the biggest and ripest leaves, because of their larger concentration of gel.

Alcohol


There are commercials and ads of people drinking alcohol almost everywhere you look. HOLLYWOOD GLAMORIZES IT AS IF IT'S A GOOD THING.

Don't people realize that drinking alcohol has put thousands of people in early graves?

ALCOHOL IS A LEGALIZED DRUG BUT IT IS DANGEROUS, HARMFUL TO THE BODY, AND SOMETHING THAT CAUSES SO MANY PROBLEMS.

DID YOU KNOW THAT THE BIBLE SPEAKS AGAINST IT?

Proverbs 20:1 – Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Proverbs 23:31 – Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.

Temperance, Page 36 – The Only Safe Course—How many frightful accidents occur through the influence of drink...What is the portion of this terrible intoxicant that any man can take, and be safe with the lives of human beings? He can be safe only as he abstains from drink. He should not have his mind confused with drink. No intoxicant should pass his lips; then if disaster comes, men in responsible places can do their best, and meet their record with satisfaction, whatever may be the issue.”  —The Review and Herald, May 29, 1894.

Temperance, Page 44 – “And the Lord spake unto Aaron, saying, Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations: and that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean; and that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the Lord hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.”

Here we have the plainest directions of God, and his reasons for prohibiting the use of wine; that their power of discrimination and discernment might be clear, and in no way confused; that their judgment might be correct, and they be ever able to discern between the clean and unclean. Another reason of weighty importance why they should abstain from anything which would intoxicate, is also given.

Page 52, Divine Warnings—The Lord cannot bear much longer with an intemperate and perverse generation. There are many solemn warnings in the Scriptures against the use of intoxicating liquors. In the days of old, when Moses was rehearsing the desire of Jehovah concerning His people, there were uttered against the drunkard the following words:

“And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: the Lord will not spare him, but then the anger of the Lord and His jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the Lord shall blot out his name from under heaven.”

Solomon Says: Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.” “Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his color in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.”

Page 54 – His (God) forbidding the use of intoxicating beverages is not an exercise of arbitrary authority. He seeks to restrain men, in order that they may escape from the evil results of indulgence in wine and strong drink. Degradation, cruelty, wretchedness, and strife follow as the natural results of intemperance. God has pointed out the consequences of following this course of evil. This He has done that there may not be a perversion of His laws, and that men may be spared the widespread misery resulting from the course of evil men who, for the sake of gain, sell maddening intoxicants. —Drunkenness and Crime, pages 4-6.

(1) Jesus did not turn water into intoxicating wine. That wine He made was the “pure blood of the grape.”

(2) Which is none other than “grape juice,” also referred to as the NEW WINE,

(3) meaning it's not aged or fermented.

ALCOHOL, WHETHER IT BE BEER, WINE, OR LIQUOR CAUSES SO MANY PROBLEMS SUCH AS:
90% of prisoners are those who have learned how to drink.
  • Abuse on Women
  • Abused Children
  • Brain Cells Damaged
  • Causes Cancer
  • Cheating spouses - many do this while under the influence
  • Crime is at an all high during the hours when people mostly drink
  • Doubles women's risk for breast cancer
  • Drinking also worsens Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Stress, Heart Disease, and so many other medical conditions
  • Inhibitions are let go of
  • Liver Failure
  • Many call off of work because of hang overs, causing businesses to lose lots of money
  • Many children starving in America because alcoholic parents spend their last $ on something to drink
  • Murders are committed by most who are under the influence of alcohol
  • Robberies are increased
  • Thousands dead due to drunk drivers
  • Thousands of aborted babies from drunken sex/one-night stands
  • Violence is highly increased due to the consumption of alcohol
  • Weight Gain is caused from drinking alcohol

Houses of prostitution, dens of vice, criminal courts, prisons, almshouses, insane asylums, hospitals, all are, to a great degree, filled as a result of the liquor seller's work...” {MH 338.3}

If you drink, pledge not to drink...or let's pledge to get others to pledge not to drink. Think of all the misery that could be checked. Think of the millions of dollars that could be saved.

PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THAT “DRUNKARDS WILL NOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.”
