WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID (any strain: (As a preventive or if you contracted it)
1. Stay home for 2 weeks minimum.
2. Do not wear a mask and go out for fresh air.
3. Make a tea with 1" piece each of ginger root, garlic, horseradish root, add lemon juice (fresh to it) after the tea is made and a little honey.
4. Take vitamin C powder every day. The experts say 2,000 mg every hour x 8 hours minimum (but do your own research) Note: Must be sugar free and NO Emergen-C, no pills or tabs.
5. Get plenty of sunshine every day (at least 1 hour, but more if you are able to)
6. Drink copious amounts of water every day. Sip water every 15 minutes.
7. Drink 16 oz. of hot water with the juice of 1 lemon every morning upon arising.
8. Get plenty of exercise (walking is best) 15-20 minutes/ 3 x day/minimum

10. Make the cough syrup remedy:
- 1/2 cup good honey (purchase from Trader Joe's...regular stores removed pollen from the honey making it non-medicinal)
- 4 drops internal use Eucalyptus oil
11. Rub Lavender oil on the bottom of your feet
12. Take 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. olive oil, 3 drops thyme oil, 3 drops oil of oregano 1 x day if needed (for cough/difficulty breathing)
13. Open the windows in the room you sleep in every day.
14. Air out your home every day.
15. Let the sunshine in your home every day.
16. Be in bed by 9 pm and sleep at least 7-8 hours.
17. Wash your hands after you touch anything.
18. Get vinegar and mix 1/4 c. with 2-3 cups water and put in spray bottle and use to spray door knobs, handles, drawer knobs, etc.
19. Keep sanitation spray/wipes with you everywhere you go after you are doing better.
